Refund Policy

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy - Keyvibe.io

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. Please note that returns and refunds are only available for ready-made or pre-designed items. Custom orders are non-returnable, but we provide replacements on a case-by-case basis (see Exchanges or Replacements section for more details).


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Original condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: Your order ID and receipt are required.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The item is damaged/defective upon receipt.
    • You received an incorrect item.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Items with user-caused damage.
  • Reasons such as dissatisfaction or change of preference.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return: Email us at support@keyvibe.io with:

    • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
    • Your order number.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs taxes or other fees incurred during transit.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations: Contact us at support@keyvibe.io.
  • Requests cannot be processed once the order is ready to ship.
  • Due to our fast processing, cancellations are not guaranteed.
    • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover platform and payment gateway fees.
    • If the order is in production, a portion of the price may be retained to cover production costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once the return is marked as “Delivered”, please email us at support@keyvibe.io to begin the refund process.
  • Refunds are issued after the item passes inspection at our warehouse.
  • If approved, the item price will be refunded within a few business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

Exchanges and Replacements (If Applicable)

  • Custom order replacements: We offer replacements on a case-by-case basis, especially if the error was on our end.
  • Not eligible for a free replacement: Mistakes in image, color, or font choices made by you or if the product does not meet your expectations.
  • To request a replacement:
    • Email us at support@keyvibe.io within 14 days of receiving your item.
    • The item must be unused and in original condition.
    • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will assist in resolving the issue.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Gifts

  • Gift returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days for a return, exchange, or store credit.
  • We cannot process refunds for items purchased by someone else.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, they will need to contact us directly.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
